How heavy is the Remigo One electric outboard?

The RemigoOne weighs only 9.5 kg (20.9 lbs), while the transom mount weighs 2.5kg (5.5lbs). This is significantly lighter than other 3hp electric outboards like the ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus, making the RemigoOne the lightest 3hp-equivalent electric outboard currently available.

Note that the Spirit 1.0 Plus and Evo both weigh just over 10kg when the battery is detached (the battery is a further 8.7kg/19.2lbs). Because the RemigoOne battery is built into the motor itself it’s not possible to carry the motor and battery separately. This makes it especially impressive that the total weight of the RemigoOne is just slightly heavier than the ePropulsion Spirit motor without a battery, yet has similar power and range.
