What if my motor or battery arrives damaged?
Back to FAQsIf you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection, Oceans EV covers damage 100%. If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing. To file a claim, please send an email to support@oceansev.com describing all the details and uploading all your photos.
If your motor has a manufacturing defect, please send an email to support@oceansev.com  we’ll be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
