I recently purchased a Spirit 1.0 Plus battery from Eric. Eric made the whole experience seamless! Quick to respond to my inquiries and questions. Friendly, and respectful. After my purchase I, inquired about a battery issue I’ve been having with batteries I purchased about 4 years ago. The batteries were out of warranty, but Eric took the initiative to go to bat for me to try to secure warranty given the symptoms by batteries were displaying. Success! Bought an ePropulsion Navy 6.0 and accessories from Oceans EV. Very knowledgable and helpful. Kept me updated on order status and availability of products. The Navy 6.0 is rigged up as a kicker on my 27' boat and works great for trolling and as a backup motor.

We ordered the eLite short motor for our new dingy for our family boat trip this June. It was a bit last minute but Eric and Greg were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had the motor in time! The motor itself is so easy to use - light to pick up and easy to maneuver for new learners. It held a charge for over 45 minutes at full power (with 4 adults and 1 child in the boat) and we it was super easy to charge and we allowed a couple of hours (maybe up to three?) to fully charge before a longer dingy ride. We love it and would totally recommend.

Oceans EV in Victoria was great to deal with. I rented and then purchased an epropulsion elite electric outboard from them. The product is excellent, very well designed and has operated flawlessly. All the elite folks were great to deal with and responded immediately to any enquiries I had. There were no price or product surprises. The elite had to come from the states so delivery took a few weeks but in the end it arrived earlier than the projected delivery date. I'm glad that I dealt with EV and I would again.

Definitely a 5 star review. We recently bought an e-Lite for use with our small dinghy. We have found it delightfully silent and it provides ample power for cruising around the bay. We're so pleased. It is very light to handle and lift up and down off our sailboat, and doesn't have to have fuel added like a gasoline outboard. No cord to pull. It goes forward or reverse at variable speeds and is a breeze to turn on or off. Just press the button.

The person at the other end of the website chat feature was one of the owners. !!! I told him the model of outboard I wanted, and he explained that a less expensive model was a better fit. I was at my marina with no car, and the owner delivered my motor in the back seat of his car! This is a small company doing things right. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased an ePropulsion outboard motor from Oceans eV. Terrific, friendly service and very responsive to emails and phone calls. Their "try-before-you-buy" program was excellent as it allowed me to test the motor on my dinghy before committing to the purchase.

Exceptional service!! I ordered online and receive regular communication from Eric and Greg on the status of my order. There was an issue with the carrier and Greg immediately went in to the carriers office to get the issue resolved and I still received my order when expected. I would definitely do business with OceansEV again!

I recently purchased an ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus from Oceans EV in Victoria. My initial impressions are very positive. 1. Packaging good 2. Unit weights - excellent, very manageable as expected 3. Charging was simple and effective 4. Documentation is clear 5. Bags we’re very good for protection and carrying. There are several outside zipper pockets but they are are too small to carry the charger. I would have liked a dedicated zipper pocket for the charger vs just putting it in the motor bag. 6. Dealer interaction and service has been excellent. Eric was very accommodating to my needs and prompt with follow up. 7. But the real test is on the water, and I am delighted with the operation and performance of the motor. It's easy to use, quiet (almost soundless) and has outstanding range at moderate speeds. This is an expensive motor but I feel like I got what I was looking for. This is a high quality product and I was happy with the interactions with Eric and OceansEV.

Having the ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus as the outboard for our sailboat tender has really made a day on the water easier and more pleasant. We have used the motor for over two years on many great trips. Eventually, we had a small problem that Oceans EV convinced the factory to repair under warranty, even though the motor was purchased through another dealer, and the warranty had expired. Eric of OCEANS EV delivered the repaired motor to our door after only a few days downtime. We could not ask for better service!
