The best-selling Spirit 1.0 Plus needs no introduction: it’s a 1kW electric outboard (equivalent to a 3hp gas motor) made for dinghies, fishing boats, RIBs and SIBs, sailboats and tenders. It features a large 1276Wh, integrated, lithium polymer battery for long range. It’s quiet, lightweight, and clean power.

Like all ePropulsion motors, the Spirit 1.0 Plus is suitable for freshwater and saltwater, and because it requires no gasoline, it provides clean power with no emissions, no oil slicks and no noxious fumes. Stow in the trunk of your car without worry of spills or smell.

It’s also virtually silent, peaking at only 55dB on full throttle (which is as loud as a normal conversation). The Spirit 1.0 Plus is a direct drive motor so there are very few moving parts and no friction noise. This results an extremely quiet and lightweight (19kg/42lbs) motor that is virtually maintenance-free. Simply charge the battery from any standard 110V outlet or charge with the optional solar panel charger (even while motor is running) or from any 12V source with the 12V charger.

Notes on product condition:

New – brand new, in box. Full manufacturer warranty.
Used – Returned by customer (typically to switch to different shaft length), tested as 100% operational, cosmetic damage only. Six-month warranty through OceansEV. Maximum 10 charge cycles on the battery, and less than 3 hours runtime on the motor.
Demo – Used for demo purposes only by OceansEV (ex. trade shows). 100% operational, may have very slight cosmetic damage only. Full manufacturer warranty.
